Michael Roach

Mike was born and raised in Southwestern, Ohio and moved to Southeaster, Ohio in 2014 where he lives with his wife of 50 years and has a son and family nearby. Mike  is retired, but holds a B.S. degree in Agricultural economics from The Ohio State University. he spent the majority of his career in building projects manufacturing, wile enjoying on a part time basis, the breeding and selling of show quality market swine to 4-H members statewide. Mike has always been a supporter of the 4-H youth groups and agriculture, and feels that , through these experiences, he can contribute to the success of Country Camo Outdoors.

Jeana Mitchell

Jeana  was born and raised in Southern, Ohio and moved to Central Ohio in 2008. She holds a BA in poli sci and history from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and has been a soldier, and  steelworker. She enlisted in the US Army  December of 1987 and earned the MOS of a 05K or electronic warfare non morse code signal operator. After the Army she became a steelworker and the first female bid in molten furnace operator in the history of the plant in which she worked, and later a millwright apprentice. Jeana and her husband began a business: Country Camo Hydrographics where they do hydrographic dipping of skulls, firearms and more.  She is a disabled veteran and a survivor of childhood sexual abuse and hopes that by co-founding this organization with her husband, Larry, they will be able to reach others and let them know, that no matter what situations life throws at you, there are ways to overcome. Jeana became truly involved and fell in love with the outdoors when she and larry began dating, since then she has has been blessed with being able to harvest whitetail, turkey, antelope, and has been on both boar and bear hunts. Here at Country Camo Outdoors, it is the primary purposes of our board of directors  to ensure that our organization is on track with regard to meeting our goals, as well as to craft policies in support of those goals. We are operated by  two distinct groups: the board of directors, which determines policies and plans, and the organization staff, which carries out plans and implements policies.

Larry Mitchell

Larry was born and raised in Ohio and still calls it home. He is an avid outdoorsman, husband and father. Larry has worked as a certified welder and then as a lead operator for a major corporation for 17 years until he began his own business: County Camo Hydrographics, LLC.  which offers hydrographic dipping of skulls, firearms, military and tactical helmets and much more. Larry's hydrographic business has secured a few government jobs and he looks forward to where the future may lead them. He and his wife, Jeana, co-founded Country Camo Outdoors with the hopes that they may impact and make a difference in the life of disabled veterans, children, children with disabilities and women. He has over 35 years of hunting and tracking experience and has had the opportunity to harvest whitetail, black bear and Eastern turkeys rabbits and more.

Joan Mullins

Joan is a wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She graduated from Owens Technical College in Findley Ohio and has  been a nursing assistant as well as an activities director and therapy coordinator for the elderly.  After working with the elderly for over 40 years Joan is now retired and is using her skills to help promote women, elderly and those with disabilities in the outdoors.
